Overview
DerAk Soft ("we", "us", "our") built Titan Paddle as a free-to-play game supported by advertising and optional in-app purchases. This page explains what information is collected, why, and how it is used.

Information We Collect
We do not create accounts, collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information directly.
The following data is collected automatically through third-party SDKs embedded in the app:
- Advertising ID — used by Google AdMob to show relevant ads and measure ad performance.
- Device & usage data — device model, OS version, crash reports, and session statistics collected by Google's SDKs for analytics and stability.
- Purchase receipts — transaction records managed by Google Play Billing when you make an in-app purchase (Remove Ads, Pro Unlock).
Game progress (scores, unlocked levels, settings) is stored only on your device using Android's SharedPreferences and is never transmitted to any server.
How We Use Information
- To display advertisements through Google AdMob and generate revenue that keeps the game free.
- To process and verify in-app purchases through Google Play.
- To diagnose crashes and improve app stability.
We do not sell your information to third parties.

Advertising & Your Choices
We use Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may use your device's Advertising ID to show personalised ads based on your interests.
- You can opt out of personalised ads in your Android device settings under Privacy → Ads.
- EU/EEA users are shown a consent form on first launch to choose whether personalised ads are shown.
- Purchasing Remove Ads or Pro Unlock inside the app removes all banner and interstitial ads entirely.
Children's Privacy
Titan Paddle is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Data Retention & Security
Game progress data is stored locally on your device and can be removed by uninstalling the app. Data collected by third-party SDKs is retained according to their respective policies.
We implement reasonable security measures but no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
Your Rights
Depending on your location you may have rights to:
- Access the personal data held about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your data.
- Opt out of personalised advertising (see Advertising section above).
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
